Membership Policy
WIFFA new member enrollment conditions:
A). Freight forwarding companies with official business license.
B). Two years or above international freight forwarding business running experience.
C). Recommended by another company.
D). There is no negtive reputation reports from other members within 5 days after being public noticed.
Enrollment Procedure for New Members
A). Recommended by the Port Chairman or other member of WIFFA. If the company try to apply itself, it must be recommended by another company from same industry . Submit a written application, including official license, recommendation letters with qualified documents.
B). Contract Signing: Sign an agreement with WIFFA, then a certificate and honor card will be forwarded to the new member.
C). Payment: Annual membership fee is USD200.
D). when the enrollment is finished, the platform of WIFFA Freight Wholesaler to be Opened to the new member for business cooperation and operation.
E). Training: WIFFA Service Centre provides training and guide service.
F). Public Notice: Once there is a new member, the system will automatically notify all members and introduce the one to each other. But if this company is found any conclusive discreditable case, membership fees will be refunded, the account will be shut down, and be refused to join.
Membership Cancellation
A). For voluntary cancellation, member company should submit the cancellation application to the Secretariat. The membership will be suspended within 5 days after being public noticed internally.
B). If the members against the WIFFA rules, or bring losses to other members, the Service Centre will make announcement to all members of WIFFA and cancelled its membership.
