The Committee is the highest decision-making department of WIFFA It’s main responsibilities are:

- B). To elect, recall the Chairman, Vice-chairman and the Presidents of all ports or countries
- C). To establish and adopt the rules and regulations of WIFFA
- D). To set up the requirements of membership enrollment
- E). To manage and decide various internal disputes

The Secretary-Genera of WIFFA, is responsible for managing the routine work and organizing the important activities.
The Port Chairman in different areas or countries is responsible the commitment to coordination of port freight forwarding business, organization activities, coordination and cooperation, to absorb members of WIFFA. Port Union President is recommended, serves for 2 years and may be renewed.
WIFFA Service Centre is responsible for various online and offline services, system platform for the Association members, co-docking, payment credit, and other associated services.
